Officer Complaint

In the day to day dealings of any organization, there may be concerns raised over inter-personal relations between the organization member and another individual.

If there is a concern over the conduct of an officer employed by the NYCRPD please print the attached form and submit the completed and signed form to the NYCRPD via  mail at the contact point listed as:

 Upon receipt of a citizen complaint a review of the complaint will be conducted and the complaint will be determined as either founded or unfounded. After determination is made, appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with the rules and regulations of the department. The person making the complaint will be informed of the determination of the conduct complaint upon completion of the administrative investigation.
