On 12.19.20 at 1:18 AM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a fatal hit and run crash. The crash occurred in the 300 block of Loucks Rd. in Manchester Township.
The pedestrian was in the westbound lanes of Loucks Rd. when a westbound vehicle struck the pedestrian. The striking vehicle fled the scene. The investigation continues into identifying the striking vehicle and driver.
The victim is a 40 year old male resident of York City.
