On 12.03.21 4:48 PM a Northern York County Regional Police Officer observed a four wheeler ATV driving south on Copenhaffer Rd. in Conewago Township. The vehicle was not street legal.
The officer activated his lights and sirens to effect a traffic stop, but the driver of the ATV refused to stop. The four wheeler was last seen driving south on the Susquehanna Trail.
