On 02.15.22 at approximately 0237 hrs. the Northern York Regional Police Department investigated a fatal crash in Manheim Township York County, PA. The crash occurred in the 5200 block of Blooming Grove Rd.
Investigators found a black 2021 Ford F-250 pickup truck traveling westbound on Blooming Grove Rd. went off the roadway and struck the guide rail and a utility pole. The vehicle then went down over an embankment before coming to rest. The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
Fire crews extricated a 51 year old male from the truck. The driver resided in New Freedom, PA. He was flown to York Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
