On 01.16.23 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a retail theft at the Old Navy clothing store. The Old Navy is located at 351 Loucks Rd. in Manchester Township.
The two suspects pictured stole over $200.00 worth of baby’s clothing. The thieves loaded the clothing into their purses and then walked out of the store.
