On 07.04.23 two unknown suspects were involved in separate violations on North York Borough property. The violations occurred at E. 8th Ave. and Queen St.
The first video shows a man setting off fireworks on North York Borough property without permission of the borough and within 150 ft. of a structure.
The second video shows a male illegally dumping spent fireworks into a dumpster that is owned by North York Borough. The fireworks were still hot and eventually caused a dumpster fire that had to be extinguished by the York City Fire Department.
