On 07.224.24 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a fatal motor vehicle crash in Paradise Township, York County. The crash occurred in the 7000 block of Lincoln Highway west of Orchard Rd.
A 2004 Ford F-250 pickup truck was eastbound on Lincoln Highway when it crossed over into the westbound lane of traffic and struck a 2006 Peterbuilt tractor trailer that was westbound on Lincoln Highway head on.
The pickup truck was driven by a 53-year-old male who was a resident of Springettsbury Township. The York County Coroner responded to the scene and pronounced the driver deceased. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The tractor trailer driver, sole occupant, was a 46-year-old male from Brampton, Ontario. He was not injured from the crash.
