On 11.11.24 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated the theft of a hand cart. The theft occurred at the Rutter’s Farm Store located at 509 Greenbriar Rd. in Manchester Township.
The thief stole a handcart that was located to the rear of the building. The cart was used to tote garbage bags from the garbage receptacles to the garbage dumpster. The suspect pushed the cart out of camera angle. It is unknown if he left the area on foot or by vehicle. The cart was valued at $200.00.
