The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a hit and run crash that occurred on 02.05.26 at 2:09 PM in the first block of W. Canal St. in Dover Borough.
The suspect vehicle was westbound on W. Canal St. and its passenger side mirror clipped the driver side mirror of an unoccupied vehicle that was legal parked along the street.
