The Northern York County Regional Police Department remembers Officer David Tome who made the ultimate sacrifice on October 21, 2008.
Officer Tome was struck by a passing motorist as he was conducting an accident scene reconstruction on U.S. Route 15 in Franklin Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
Officer Tome was a dedicated officer and was a five and one half year veteran of the NYCRPD. He is survived by his wife and two small children. He was 31 years old when his life tragically ended.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
The department would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all who attended the services.
