On 01.06.26 at 6:25am the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a theft of a motor vehicle in Manchester Township. The theft occurred in the 3100 block of North George Street. The vehicle stolen was a gray 2018 Hyundai Accent displaying PA registration LXZ-1308. The vehicle owner reported that the Hyundai was locked at the time of the theft and the vehicle keys were inside the owner’s residence. The Hyundai contained numerous pieces of welding equipment and other miscellaneous hand tools.

The Hyundai was recovered unoccupied on 03.20.26 in Spring Garden Township. The Hyundai was processed by Northern York County Police investigators for latent fingerprints and any other evidence. No latent fingerprints were recovered, but investigators found a Burger King receipt on the passenger seat.

The Burger King receipt was from 02.14.26 at 4:03pm at 2199 White Street York, PA. Surveillance footage from the Burger King was obtained and shows a person of interest operating what is believed to be the victim’s Hyundai.
