On Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 10:27AM the Northern York County Regional Police Department took multiple theft from motor vehicle reports in the neighborhood of The View at Mackenzi in North Codorus Township. While on scene of one of the thefts the investigating officer located an unoccupied vehicle parked on Cannon Lane that was reported stolen in York City on 05/05/26. A York City police officer responded to Cannon Lane and through further investigation two additional stolen vehicles from York City were located parked on Armory Lane. Two adult males, 19-year-old, Roni Jimenez (pictured on the left) and 21-year-old, Rahmier Barzey (pictured on the right) were located inside one of the stolen vehicles on Armony Lane. Both males were arrested and R. Jimenez was found to be in possession of vehicle keys belonging to the two other stolen vehicles. R. Barzey was found to be in possession of a 9mm handgun that was stolen out of a nearby vehicle on Mackenzie Lane. Numerous stolen items have been recovered, and at this time the investigating officer is attempting to identify the property owners.
