The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a fraudulent use of an ATM card. The victim is a resident of Conewago Township who had over $800.00 stolen out of her checking account.
The man pictured in the photos used the stolen ATM card on 12.20.20. The card was used at ATM machines on W. Market St. and on Richland Ave. in York, PA.
