The Northern York County Regional Police is requesting your assistance in identifying the man in the pictures above. This individual had previously been warned my the manager of the Rutter’s Farm Store, 35 E. Canal St., in Dover Borough that he was no longer permitted in the store.
The manager at Rutter’s had advised the individual that he was no longer permitted in the store and did not involve the police concerning previous issues with this male.
On 08.26.22 the individual came back in the store and was asked to leave the store. The suspect became irate and started throwing items at the employees. The suspect fled the store when the police were called.
