The Northern York County Regional Police Department 2023 Officer of the Year was named at the Board of Commissioners’ meeting held on Tuesday February 20, 2024.
The Officer of the Year title was bestowed upon Officer Austin Rardain. Officer Rardain is a 6 year veteran of the Department.
