On 09.19.24 at 5:19 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a Retail Theft at the Sheetz, 215 Arsenal Rd., in Manchester Township.
The subject pictured picked up a sandwich, beef jerky sticks, and a bag of chips. The thief then walked out of the store without paying for the items. He left the area in a black Toyota 4Runner.
