The Northern York County is investigating a theft that occurred via ATM withdrawals in Dover Township. The victim noticed four unusual ATM withdrawals on her bank statement. The transactions started in mid-September and ended in early October 2024. The victim had $3,000.00 stolen out of her checking account over four transactions. All of the transactions were completed at the Truist Bank located at 3421 Carlisle Rd. in Dover Township.
The victim does not recognize the suspect that is pictured in this post. The victim has her debit card and does not know how the thief gained access to her account.
