On 12.31.19 a victim left her cell phone on the counter at Rutter’s located at 509 Greenbriar Rd. in Manchester Township. The phone was turned into the lost and found at the store.
A white female with blonde hair claimed the phone from the lost and found. The female who obtained the phone was not the owner. A good photo was unable to be obtained of the female that claimed the phone.
The female that claimed the phone arrived at the store driving the pictured older green sedan with a maroon door. She is with the pictured male and female in this post.
