On 04.15.20 at 5:03 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a child endangerment incident in the 2700 block of Ridge Rd. in Manheim Township

The property owner reported that three small children were running around his horse pasture unsupervised.  The youngest child was reported to not be wearing any clothes.  The air temperature was approximately 50 degrees at this time.

The police located the children at home in the 5700 block of Blue Hill Rd.  The children were ages 5,6 and 9.  They were found unharmed.

The grandfather, William Perry age 63, advised that he was inside the home sleeping when the children left the home.

The mother of the children was identified as 39 year old Heather Perry.  Heather Perry advised that the children had went outside to jump on the trampoline.  She did not go outside with the children at that time.

The police have been called to the Perry residence four times this year for investigations of the children walking off their property without clothes on or unsupervised.

York County Children and Youth Families responded and took custody of the children.

William Perry and Heather Perry were both arrested for Endangering the Welfare of Children.  They were transported to the York County Booking Center and arraigned.  Their bail was set at $5,000 each.
