The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a prowler call. The incident occurred on 05.31.20 at approximately 3:30 AM. The female pictured was observed attempting to enter a locked vehicle that was parked in the 200 block of Bruaw Dr. in Manchester Township.
When she discovered that the doors were locked she was observed shining a light into the vehicle.
