The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a theft of ice cream. The theft took place on 11.14.20 at a business in the 3600 block of Lewisberry Road in Manchester Township.
The two pictured actors took $39.00 worth of ice cream. The male half left a the a counterfeit $20 bill as payment. They left in the pictured red Lexus SUV, unknown registration plate.
