On 09.15.21 at approximately 7:04 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a car crash on Bull Rd. at Hilton Ave. in Dover Township.
A 25 year old male from Newport, PA was traveling east on Hilton Ave. The gentleman failed to stop for a posted stop sign on Hilton Ave. at Bull Rd. His vehicle struck a vehicle that was traveling southbound on Bull Rd.
A passenger in the struck vehicle was 67 year old Charles Emerson of Dover, PA. Charles Emerson was transported via ambulance to York Hospital. On 09.23.21 Charles Emerson succumbed to his injuries he received as a result of this crash.
