On 06.22.22 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a theft in the 700 block of Chesterbrook Dr., Manchester Township.
The suspect is walking around the victim’s backyard at 1:00 AM. The suspect enters the victim’s shed. The victim had a surveillance camera inside of the shed. In the video above you can view the suspect identify the camera. He then steals the camera along a tape measure and a pair of sunglasses.
