On 10.21.22 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a theft via debit card. The theft occurred at the ATM located in the Sheetz at 215 Arsenal Rd. in Manchester Township. The actor pictured above is observed making two withdraws of money from the machine. The actor stole $480.00 from the victim’s bank account.
