The suspects from the retail theft of cosmetics on 05.01.23 at the Weis Markets have been identified. The suspects were also identified committing another retail theft at the Giant grocery store located at 2130 Palomino Rd. in Dover Township on the same day. They stole over $2,000 worth of cosmetics at the Giant.
The suspects have been identified as:
Ionut Chimpeanu – Age 19 – No fixed address
Alexie Saolin – Age 16 – No fixed address
Andrea Galiceanu – Age 16 – Baltimore, MD
The three suspects have been identified in multiple retail thefts that span over ten police agencies in four different counties. Criminal charges will be forthcoming.
The suspects may still be operating a dark blue Jeep Liberty bearing Virginia registration – TRR 7064.

On 05.01.23 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a retail theft of cosmetics. The theft occurred at the Weis Markets located at 2850 Carlisle Rd. in Dover Township.
The two suspects pictured entered the store and stole over $500.00 worth of cosmetics. The thieves left the store in the Jeep Liberty pictured. The Jeep displayed Virginia registration plates – TRR 7064.
