On 05.18.23 at 8:32 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a theft of credit cards. The credit cards were stolen from a vehicle that was parked at Cousler Park. Cousler Park is located at 1060 Church Rd. in Manchester Township.
The suspect pictured is seen at a Best Buy in York, PA on 05.18.23 using the victim’s stolen credit card. The victim used the credit card to purchase over $2,000.00 worth of merchandise.
