On 11.01.23 the Northern Regional Police Department investigated a Retail Theft at the Rutter’s Farm Store located at 2125 Susquehanna Trail in Manchester Township.
The thief pictured entered the store and stole two 12 packs of Corona Beer. The suspect made no effort to pay before exiting the store.
