On 11.24.23 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a Retail Theft at the Rutter’s Farm Store located at 2125 Susquehanna Trail in Manchester Township.
The thief pictured, exited the store with a 12 pack of Yuengling Lager without paying for the beer. He then left the area as a passenger in the silver sedan.
