On August 18, 2023, at 9:05 AM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a crash on Still Meadow Ln. at Kayla Blvd. in Manchester Township involving two vehicles. Both drivers were residents of Manchester Township.
A vehicle driven by 88 year old Kataben Desai failed to stop for a stop sign on Kayla Blvd. Her vehicle traveled onto Still Meadow Ln. where it collided with the second vehicle. Kataben Desai suffered severe injuries and was taken to Wellspan York Hospital. She succumbed to her injuries and passed on 08.25.23.
The other driver was a 34 year old female. She had her three children, ages 11,10 and 5, in the vehicle. They reported no injuries from the crash.
