The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a Retail Theft that occurred on October 28, 2023, at 2:21 PM. The theft occurred at Spangler’s Ace Hardware located at 4072 Carlisle Rd. in Dover Township.
The suspect pictured entered the store. He removed a fluorescent green safety vest from the packaging. He left the store without paying for the vest.
