On 06.07.25 at 6:52 PM an unknown red BMW Z4 was doing donuts in the parking lot of Herculite Products which is located at 105 Sinking Springs Ln. in Manchester Township.
The BMW did do burnouts in the parking lot to the point it caused damage to the pavement.
