On 05.24.26 at 6:19 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to the 200 block of Locust Point Road in Conewago Township for a report of shots fired. On scene investigators spoke to the victim who advised that while standing on his property he was shot at by his neighbor during a dispute about property lines. After being shot at the victim retreated back to his residence where he contacted 911 which prompted a substantial police response.

Responding officers were able to make contact via telephone with the neighbor who fired the weapon and he was taken into police custody without further incident. No injuries were reported at the scene.

Investigators have charged 44-year-old, Paul D. Inman (pictured below) with the following: Two counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Simple Assault, one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Harassment. P. Inman appeared before Magisterial District Judge Barry Bloss for arraignment and remains incarcerated at the York County Prison.
