On Wednesday 06.10.26 at 12:19PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a fatal workplace incident that occurred in the first block of Amy Way in Heidelberg Township. Responding officers located a 50-year-old male who had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was operating a large industrial forklift. During the operation of the forklift a piece of material dislodged and fell onto the operator causing fatal injuries.
At this time the incident is still under investigation.
