The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a theft of a wallet that was accidentally left in a shopping cart at the Giant in Dover Township. The wallet contained multiple credit cards that were unlawfully used by a male who is pictured and can be seen in video surveillance from Rutter’s in Spring Grove Borough.
