On 03.08.21 at 0720 hrs. the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a suspicious person at the Windy Hill Senior Center. The Windy Hill Senior Center is located in Jackson Township at 1472 Roths Church Rd. Spring Grove, PA.
The male pictured in the video entered the senior center he draped in a blanket and wearing pajamas. He was described as acting confused.
When asked if he needed help he replied, “Yes.” The male provided no further information and started to wonder about the building.
When directed towards the front door the male exited the building and kept walking and did not return.
