The suspect has been identified as Sean Daniel Williams, age 31, of Washington D.C. He has an active warrant out for his arrest regarding this case.

On 03.09.21 the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated two cases of stolen credit cards. Two victims had their credit cards stolen from their vehicles. The vehicles were parked at the Out Door Country Club on Detwiler Dr. in Manchester Township.
The actor pictured below used the credit cards at multiple department stores in York. The suspect obtained over $7,000.00 worth of merchandise by using the stolen cards.
