The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a case involving a prowler walking around a business. The business is located in the 3400 block of Board Rd. in Manchester Township.
The unknown male, pictured below, was at the business on 04.23.21 at approximately 6:00 PM. He is observed walking around the business pulling on the doors. One door handle was damage during the incident. The business was closed at the time and no employees were on scene at the time of the incident.
