The Northern York County Regional Poice Department is investigating a theft of cigarettes. The theft occurred on 01.13.23 at the Rutter’s Farm Store located at 2251 N. George St. in Manchester Township. The suspects pictured above purchased over $700.00 worth of Newport cigarettes with digital coupons.
The digital coupons were loaded onto the suspect’s cell phones and then scanned by the store cashier. The cigarette coupons were a buy one get one free coupon. The coupons were later determined to be fraudulent.
