On 03.31.23 at 4:40 AM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated the theft of a motorcycle. The theft occurred in the 2800 block of Lewisberry Rd. in Manchester Township.
The thief stole a 2003 silver Honda CBR motorcycle. The thief placed the motorcycle in neutral and pushed it away from the scene. The bike was recovered approximately 100 yards from the where it had been stolen. It appeared that the suspect had attempted to hotwire the bike by cutting several wires. When unsuccessful the thief abandoned the bike.
