On 05.27.24 at 3:05 AM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a missing 12-year-old girl in Jackson Township. The parents of the child discovered that she was missing around 1:30 AM when they checked her room and saw that she was not there.

After searching for several hours, the father of the missing girl saw her exiting a 2015 Hyundai Sonata that was burgundy in color. The police checked their automatic license plate readers and had captured a 2015 Hyundai Sonata earlier on the readers. The Hyundai displayed PA Registration MKP 5537, and it was registered to Dylan McClintock. Dylan McClintock is a 20-year-old male from Philipsburg, PA.

The 12-year-old girl reported that she had been chatting with an adult from the State College, PA area. They had met on a ChatIB app. The adult had convinced the victim to send him nude photos of herself.

The male drove to York County and then lured the victim into sneaking out of her home on 05.27.24 to meet him. He drove her to a parking lot in West Manchester Township where he raped the child. He then returned her to her neighborhood. He dropped her off away from her home when he observed police units in the area.

The victim was taken to the hospital to be examined by medical personnel. The police performed a forensic analysis of the victim’s cell phone and identified the suspect as Dylan McClintock.

On 06.04.24 an arrest warrant was obtained for the suspect. He was arrested and taken to the Centre County Prison and is waiting on extradition back to York County where bail will be set by MDJ Thomas Reilly. Dylan McClintock is charged with Rape of a Child, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Unlawful Contact with Minors, Sexual Abuse of Children, Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure, and Corruption of Minors,
