On 03.21.2025 at 0332 hours Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to a reported structure fire in the 800 block of Laurel Woods Lane in Heidelberg Township. Arriving officers found the home fully involved. All residents were out of the home.
A resident reported awakening the smell of smoke. Two residents evacuated the home. The Red Cross was summoned for assistance.
Crews from several several local fire departments battled the blaze and subsequent brush fire for several hours.
The Northern York County Regional Police Fire Investigator was on scene to determine a cause for the blaze which appeared to have started in the garage.
