On 03.30.20 at 3:44 AM the Northern York County Regional Police investigated a retail theft at a Rutter’s Farm Store. The store is located at 2125 Susquehanna Trail in Manchester Township.
The pictured actor concealed a beer in his jacket. When confronted by a store clerk the actor fled the area on foot.
