The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating a theft that took place on 04.22.24 at 3:48 PM. The theft took place at the Weis Markets located at 2850 Carlisle Rd. in Dover Township.
The suspects pictured arrived in an older model blue Saturn. They approached the customer service desk and each presented a Coinstar receipt. The one receipt was for $114.82, and the other was for $132.55.
The employee paid them in cash. The suspects had left the store before it was discovered that the receipts were fraudulent. The surveillance video was reviewed, and the suspects never used the Coinstar machine.
